Cut Yardage Policy

Rochford Supply Cut Yardage Policy:

1. Rochford Supply makes cut yardage available to our customers as a service and convenience when less than a full roll of material is required.

2. Rochford Supply will strive to fulfill a cut-yardage order in one continuous piece. However, Rochford Supply reserves the right to fulfill a cut-yardage order with a maximum of 2 pieces.

3. The minimum length of any piece will be 2 yards.

• Exception: The minimum length of any AquaTop brand of fabric will be 4 yards.
• Example: If a customer orders 10 yards, it is possible that the customer receives one 2-yard piece and one 8-yard piece to fulfill the 10-yard order.

4. If a minimum length of continuous material is needed, place an order for 2x that length and it is guaranteed that one of the pieces will be at least as long as the minimum length required.
5. Due to the custom nature of cut yardage, cut yardage is not eligible for return.
