No-Hassle Returns  

Return new items within 30 days without a fuss.

We understand that your customers’ plans change. That’s why, should you no longer need an unused product, we will happily accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase (cut fabric, used products, foam/PolyWrap/PolyDown Fill, special orders, and custom orders are not eligible for return). While you’ll be responsible for return freight, we’ll make it easy by sending a pick-up tag and deducting the return shipping cost from your credit.
