I purchased 20 yards of an obsolete Sunbrella fabric, and it was a tremendous bargain (less than half price) and shipped immediately. I also ordered 10 yards of a "Tent fabric" 2nds at approximately $2 per yard. I was advised that it would have as much as 20% defective areas and I should purchase as much as twice what I need. First... the fabric is an extremely nice material, coated both sides so it's a bit stiff, but easy to cut and sew and seemingly very durable. I'm afraid, however, that it was misrepresented, as I cannot find a single defect. I've used it to make a cockpit cover for my sailboat, and the material certainly exceeded my expectations - especially at a fraction of the cost of a cheap tarp!
