Shipping Policy

Rochford® Pro Wholesale offers two membership tiers with distinct shipping structures:

Rochford® Pro Wholesale Free:
- Standard-rate shipping applies to all orders.

Rochford® Pro Wholesale Plus:
- Flat-rate shipping of $25 per order.
- Exceptions:
  • Orders including foam: $75 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders including PolyWrap batting: $150 flat-rate shipping
  • Oversized items: Shipping charged at standard-rate pricing

First Project Guarantee

Rochford Pro Wholesale members (Free and Plus) are eligible for the First Project Guarantee.

Members may try any product line from Rochford Group brands for the first time with confidence. If they are not satisfied, they may receive up to $250 back in product refund. Only valid within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible Brands Include:

- eTek® Outdoor Textiles

- Modality® Vinyl

- ExtremeGrip® Adhesives

- AquaTop® Marine

- PowerSnap® Tools & Fasteners

- CushionCraft® Upholstery

Guarantee Terms:
- Applies only to the first time a member tries a specific product.
- Refunds are limited to up to $250 per first-time product experience.
- Example: If a customer tries eTek® Acrylic and is satisfied, then later tries eTek® 600D Solution-Dyed Polyester and is not satisfied, they are eligible for a refund on the polyester (up to $250) as it is their first time using that product.
